Deciding what skills your business needs and where to access the training can be hard work. The Enviroskills team are can help. We will help you to identify exactly what environmental training your business requires and point you to available courses. The short bite-sized courses are subsidised by European Social Funding, so you can get the training you need at a discounted cost.
All you need to do is make sure you are eligible for the subsidy by completing a free training needs analysis.
Subsidies are available per participant for one course. For example, if you have five staff to complete one course, each participant receives a subsidy. If however you have one member of staff to do two or more courses, an individual can only access the subsidy for one course.
The Enviroskills service is available to:
- Businesses with less than 250 employees
- Businesses based within SEEDA region (click here to check)
- With a turnover of less than £30 million
